Dining Cruises

There are a lot of great dining options in Chattanooga, but only one allows you to cruise down the Tennessee River, taking in all the wonderful sights and sounds of our great city! Since 1985 the Southern Belle Riverboat has had a simple mission: to provide a unique and spectacular experience of the beautiful city of Chattanooga. Our dining cruises show off the beauty of both the river and the city, giving our passengers gorgeous views of Chattanooga that you can only experience from the Southern Belle, all while enjoying a fantastic meal!

The Southern Belle Riverboat dining cruise is a “must-do” experience, whether it’s a romantic dinner for two, or a large group of friends or family. Come kick your feet up and relax on board while we take care of you! Our staff makes sure your cruise is as special and as memorable as it can be– we strive to make your journey with us a special occasion and we’ll do everything we can to make your cruise an experience you’ll remember and cherish for a lifetime.

Our dining cruises start by taking you to the foot of Lookout Mountain, one of the city’s premier sights and a perfect background for a quintessential photo of beautiful Chattanooga! Next we take a slow turn around historic Moccasin Bend, giving you one-of-a-kind perspectives of what the National Park Service refers to as one of the “most unique units found in the entire National Park Service.”

From there we take our time to cruise back down through downtown Chattanooga. The crew on board is at your service and will go out of their way to make sure you have all the information you need and will answer any questions you might have.

All dining cruises are approximately two hours aboard the Southern Belle Riverboat and feature live entertainment, a full meal, and free pilot house tours with our captain! In addition to our dinner cruises, the Southern Belle Riverboat offers daily sightseeing cruises, lunch cruises, and private charters as well. We are proud to say we cruise year round and carry well over 100,000 passengers per year!
